Darrin Kagele is a transformational coach based in Los Angeles. He holds a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and has extensive experience coaching individuals and couples on how to transform their limiting beliefs and negative self-image into the life and relationships they have always desired.
Darrin has thousands of client hours helping individuals and couples reach their goals and realize their fullest potential. He believes the secret to success is not so much seeking happiness as it is seeking wholeness and ongoing personal growth.
A Los Angeles native, Darrin has a deep interest in guiding people towards the fullest realization of their lives, relationships, careers, creativity, and meaning in life. Besides nurturing his own mindfulness and self-compassion/self-love practice, he teaches and leads groups directed towards helping people learn to sit with all their thoughts and feelings in the pursuit of acceptance.
